Why do I speak in rhymes
In these depressing times,
With riddles fit for a king,
Why do I dance and sing?
I dance and prance
Unsure in my stance
Juggling my life up and down
Always laughing but wanting to frown.
I long for love and love for long,
Yet no one answers my song!
My disfigured face, stained with tears,
Destroyed after all these years.
I make others laugh, others giggle
While what I ask for is simple.
Yet no one understands me,
They don't look beyond what the eye can see.
So here I stay, lonely as ever
Here I stay, saying something clever
Nothing changed, nothing ever does,
Everything is as it always was.

The Fool's Farewell
I leave behind those memories
That caused me so much pain
I leave them in your keeping
Until I come for you again
Someday I hope to hear you
Call me by your name
When that day comes I pray you will have
Set aside your shame
This time is now unknown to me
And until I find my place
I'll cling to memories of your voice
And of your warrior's grace
We spoke those words that hurt and harm
Sweet venom filled with lies
Three small words were what I yearned
If we exchanged goobyes
Forever will they remain unsaid
Lost 'til the end of time
But in my heart I'll always know
That you should have been mine.

Heroes and Fools
Glory should be an accident,
Not something that so many seek,
Not something used to show your strength,
And used to show others how they are weak
Glory is for fools,
So unavoidably so,
Because only a fool would want,
To tread where heroes go
Heroes are oft remembered,
Sadly because they died,
So it seems that only a fool,
Would want to end their life
A true hero neither seeks glory,
Nor do they even want it,
They simply live their part in the story,
And the hand they're dealt, play with
A true hero just lives,
Breathes, loves, and sins,
Attempting to avoid life's system,
Of checks and balances
Heroes need to be alive,

dazzle me this
you may dazzle other females
till their skin falls off, but I'm left awe-less
by your dead string sand colored hair,
your blazing golden eyes and especially your
sparkling exterior.
go ahead,
take your bloodless body and try
setting one foot in my window.
if you are made of faceted diamond,
then I guess I'll have to learn how to cut you.

Well, this one is kinda Inspired by Robin Hobb's books. Mainly just the style that the fool spoke in.
